We handle a wide range of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, slips and trips, public liability, serious injury claims, and cases involving medical negligence or fatal accidents.
Why Choose Immisol
We offer no-win, no-fee agreements (Conditional Fee Agreements) with no upfront costs. Our solicitors are experienced, approachable, and committed to achieving the best outcome for every client. You will receive clear advice on the likely value of your claim and regular updates throughout. All cases are overseen by a senior lawyer to ensure the highest standards of care.
Funding and Fees
Most personal injury claims are handled on a no-win, no-fee basis, meaning you pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful. If your claim succeeds, we deduct an agreed success fee (up to 25% of your compensation), clearly explained before your claim begins. In certain complex or privately funded matters, we may offer fixed or hourly fees. All fees are subject to VAT at 20%, where applicable.
Disbursements
Some cases require third-party costs such as medical expert reports, court fees, barrister representation, or specialist evidence. These are known as disbursements and are usually recoverable from the other side if your claim is successful. We always obtain your approval before incurring any external costs.
How We Work
We begin with a free consultation to assess your claim and evidence. If we believe your claim has merit, we gather supporting documentation, arrange medical assessments, and negotiate directly with the other party or their insurer. Where necessary, we issue court proceedings and continue to fight for a fair settlement until compensation is secured.
Complaints and Supervision
All cases are managed by qualified solicitors or experienced case handlers under senior supervision. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our Complaints Manager. If unresolved, you may contact the Legal Ombudsman or the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for further review.
